Queen of Kop Apartments include eight luxury accommodation units, 4-star studio apartments for up to four people. The room area ranges from 24 to 34 square metres. The rooms are all next to each other and thus suitable for accommodating a larger number of guests, groups, families… The total accommodation capacity is 32 people.

    Is the price per person or for the entire apartment?
    The price is given for the rental of the entire apartment, regardless of the number of guests being one or four, which is the maximum capacity of each apartment.
    Are the swimming pools and the Spa Centre free of charge?
    The Spa Centre, which includes an outdoor and an indoor swimming pool, is extra charged, but our guests have a 30-50% discount on using the Spa Centre and the pools.
    Are the rooms provided with bed linen and towels?

    Yes, the rooms are always provided with clean bed linen and towels.

    Our kind staff will greet you at the reception desk. They are available for any information, seven days a week, from 8am to 10pm.

    Check in: 1pm – 10pm
    Check out: 8am – 10am

    Early check in / late check out policy:

    Early check in is not possible unless the room is ready beforehand – the reception has all the information at the time of guests’ arrival.
    Late check out: By 2pm, the fee is €30 per room, later than 2pm full price per night is charged, according to the price list.

    Pets are not allowed.

    Cancellation policy

    In case of cancelling your reservation, we retain the right to charge a certain percentage of your reservation total amount.

    • Cancellation made 30 days before arrival date is charge free.
    • Cancellation made 30-20 days before arrival date: 15%
    • Cancellation made 14 days before arrival date: 50%
    • Cancellation made 7 days before arrival date: 75%
    • No-show or no cancellation before arrival date: 100%
