Our kind staff will greet you at the reception desk. They are available for any information, seven days a week, from 8am to 10pm.

Check out: 8am – 10am
Early check in / late check out policy:
Early check in is not possible unless the room is ready beforehand – the reception has all the information at the time of guests’ arrival.
Late check out: By 2pm, the fee is €30 per room, later than 2pm full price per night is charged, according to the price list.
Pets are not allowed.
Cancellation policy
In case of cancelling your reservation, we retain the right to charge a certain percentage of your reservation total amount.
- Cancellation made 30 days before arrival date is free of charge.
- Cancellation made 30-20 days before arrival date: 15%
- Cancellation made 14 days before arrival date: 50%
- Cancellation made 7 days before arrival date: 75%
- No-show or no cancellation before arrival date: 100%
Reservation & Cancellation
Guarantees are required for any reservation to be confirmed.
A 30% advance payment is required within 7 days of making the reservation. Unless the payment is duly made, the reservation is considered invalid. The payment mode for the rest of the amount is agreed upon at the time of making the reservation.
Tourist tax is not included and is charged:
1 EUR per person / night for adults, 0.5 EUR for children aged 7-14.99, no charge for children under 7 years of age.
All prices are stated in euros (EUR). Payment in dinar countervalue will be calculated according to the NBS (National Bank of Serbia) middle rate on the date of payment.
In case of bank transaction and commission fees, we retain the right to charge our guests accordingly.
